Early mornings are quiet here. Children arrive, eat breakfast, and have time to wake up properly before the school day starts, instead of being rushed out the door on an empty stomach.
Afternoons are the opposite kind of good. There is a snack waiting, a hand with homework if they want one, and room to play and just be a kid for a while before you pick them up.

We open at 7:00 am and stay open until 5:00 pm, which covers the stretch before the first bell and the hours after the last one.
One drop-off for the whole family
If you also have a little one with us, both children are in the same home with the same people, which makes the morning run a lot shorter.
Trained and certified
Your older child is with the same qualified teachers as the little ones: Early Childhood Education degrees, CPR and first aid, in a licensed home rated Better Beginnings Level 6.
Cover for the days school is closed
Teacher in-service days, breaks, and snow days do not have to cost you a vacation day. Ask about drop-in care to fill the gap.

We are a family child care home at 18460 Marshall St in Garfield, so your school-age child stays in their own community before and after school. Families come to us from Garfield, Gateway, Pea Ridge, and the surrounding area.
